At this time we are asking our patients to exercise an abundance of caution, “better SAFE than SORRY”. You must answer a mandatory questionnaire before you are allowed to schedule an appointment*
We are treating immediate family members as cohorts, meaning if you or someone in your household has possible COVID-19 symptoms or is awaiting results from a COVID-19 test, then we do unfortunately have to cancel all pending appointments until symptoms completely resolve or the quarantine period is over (whichever is longer).
We are approaching this situation with our staff and patient’s well being at the very forefront of every decision, as well as with complete honesty and transparency. We expect the same from both our staff members and every patient that walks through our front door. We are all in this together!
